A nature nursery with deep roots.
Set within a Victorian country estate, Est. 1850

Garngibboch Nature Nursery is housed within a beautiful property that has stood since 1850, surrounded by open countryside, working farmland, and extensive private gardens in Cumbernauld. Our ground-floor nursery annex opens directly onto a secure outdoor play area, with fields, open skies and natural beauty all around us.
Through neighbouring farms and steadings, children get hands-on time with cows, sheep, chickens, horses, dogs and cats, plus seasonal field trips nearby — including a local fishery just five minutes away. Children also grow their own vegetables and flowers in our gardens, sowing, watering and harvesting as part of everyday nursery life. We will never be a large, noisy chain nursery: with a maximum of 24 children, every child is known by name.
